I opened my spa in 2008 — during the recession, with no investors and no roadmap — because I had a calling I could not ignore. What followed was 24 years through every corner of this industry: employee, practitioner, owner, educator, and now consultant and school founder.
Today I teach what beauty school never covered — the strategy, the systems, and the business foundation that turns a license into a livelihood. Every program at this school is built from what I have personally used, tested, and refined over two decades of real spa ownership.
